My life and work is inspired by nature.
Throughout my life, I have rooted down right in the “middle of it” - deep in the wilderness of some of the most wild and vibrant places on the planet as a biologist, natural resources scientist, herbalist, wilderness guide and student of nature. I’ve witnessed and studied the dynamics and importance of balance in natural ecosystems and have seen how this mirrors maintaining balance within our own inner ecosystems of wellbeing. I’ve learned how to read landscapes, both ecologically and energetically. I’ve deeply studied the Celtic spirituality traditions and their reverence for the natural world, spending many years as a devoted pilgrim to Celtic sacred sites. I’ve dived deep into the art of inner journeying/pilgrimaging within as well. I’ve studied how the feminine archetypal wisdom traditions, through a mythopoetic lens, translate the wisdom of nature in an embodied form that evolves through time and serves up potent and crucial universal wisdoms for modern living. I’ve come to see and understand how our disconnect from nature, reflects our disconnect from the wild feminine energetics in the world and in ourselves.
I’ve come to experience that there is a purity and power in the access of information just beyond the realms of strictly intellect and science. Do you know of the intelligence of intuition, instinct and the senses?

Moving through the world as a bridge to both science and spirit, to ancient practices/philosophies and modern day living - I blend the old ways and the new. I have more than 12 years of experience teaching, guiding and facilitating students and clients towards a more intuitive sense of self and a deeper connection through the natural world. I am a teacher, herbalist, medicine-maker, ecologist, wilderness and sacred site guide, intuitive, creator, feminine mysteries guide, astrologer, ceremonialist and continual student. I specialize in holding deeply supported spaces and containers for highly sensitive women (HSPs) and empaths, as that has been my walk in the world as well. You will see a certain level of care, attention to detail, safety, support and consideration in the way I weave offerings.

Along my path, immersions and development have included trainings, certifications and professional experience in the following; a Scientific Degree/Education & Professional Roots in Wildlife Studies, Ecology & Biology, Yoga & Eastern movement practices + philosophies, Ayurveda & Holistic Health, Breathwork, Nidra & Meditation, Energy Medicine, Plant Medicine/Herbalism, Nature Immersions, Astrology and Astromapping, Feminine Wisdom Traditions, Intuitive Practices, Priesstess Arts, and Wilderness Expeditions/Therapy. I have studied, trained and received certifications from Herbalists, Reiki Masters, Yoga Teachers, Meditation Guides, Shamanic Practitioners, Martial Artists + Athletes, Ayurvedic Practitioners, Astrologers and Notable Scientists. These immersions, studies and paths have helped to mold my multi-faceted approach and view to well-being and ecology. I wish to empower others to thrive, to spark a reawakening and deeper reconnection to the wild within and to the wild around.
